MAKADI HEIGHTS – HURGHADA

Makadi Heights is conceived as a youthful, lifestyle-driven destination addressing both
millennial residents and the European market. Die Stadt are in an ongoing collaboration
with Orascom for this development and has so far designed major zones and neigh-
bourhoods such as Dua and Light Park and the sporting club. The project is defined
by efficient spatial planning, contemporary architectural expression, and a vibrant
use of colour, creating an environment that evolves in character throughout the day.
The parcel is envisioned as a walkable townscape, where daily life unfolds on foot.
Landscaped parks, sports areas, and casual retail offerings are woven into the fabric
of the masterplan, encouraging spontaneous interaction and social engagement. The
result is a lively, human-scaled environment that promotes movement, community,
and an active, informal way of living.
