In this project, DIE STADT’s scope of work included the master planning of Joulz neighborhood’s four phases and its rich landscape design. Joulz consists of 1,150 residential units containing an array of apartments, townhouses, twin houses, and stand-alone villas. A healthy glow is retained through the dedicated jogging and bicycle lanes surrounding the vast greenery between the residential areas, providing the chance to practice healthier daily habits that are more difficult to sustain in the city. In addition to its unmatched views and vast landscapes, Joulz houses a fully equipped clubhouse, two professional sports’ fields, and many children’s playgrounds, among other facilities that strive to serve Joulz’s distinguished community.
