Aliva CITY – MOSTAKBAL CITY

The masterplan prioritises pedestrian movement and community life, with a
clear hierarchy separating vehicular circulation at the edges from a predomi-
nantly walkable interior. Landscaped roofs, water features, and shaded seat-
ing areas are woven throughout the central garden, creating a sequence of var-
ied outdoor experiences that support relaxation, social interaction, and everyday
use. Residential blocks are positioned to maximise views into the landscape,
while terraces, pools, and shared amenities activate the ground plane and rein-
force a strong indoor–outdoor relationship while sheilding from external noise.
Through the integration of architecture, landscape, and circulation, Cloudside es-
tablishes a balanced residential environment where density is offset by openness,
greenery, and spatial clarity, resulting in a masterplan defined by comfort, privacy, and
a strong sense of place.
