Verdure

Inspired by Seaside Florida’s outstanding urban fabric. New urbanism was the main motive while designing the newest upcoming HAP development. Connectivity, Walkable streets, Accessible greenery were the main guidelines in Die Stadt’s mind while designing Verdure. Verdure is the first compound to offer public plazas, walkable streets, district club, Public Park, festival plazas and more. Everything is within a five minutes’ walk from you location as the layout was controlled by a number of attraction centers that help improve accessibility for users to reach daily needs within five minutes’ walk. Each cluster has its own theme whether its pool view apartments or club district or A-floate islands, whatever the mood you’re seeking for the perfect destination does exist there with an electric tram connecting between each zone to enhance connectivity between each zone.  Our aim is not designing public spaces but rather creating places for the public.
