Newgiza Mixed Use

Die stadt spectacularly designed newgiza’s mixed-use master plan, which includes
the schematic design and the conceptual landscape design. The project’s goal is
to fulfill the growing need for public spaces amidst egypt’s growing economy and
population. Consequently, the master plan of the mixed-use space included a series
of innovative design concepts. The vision was tailored to focus on the “main
street” concept that connects 4 urban plazas together. This path terminates with
two anchors on each end, where residents can easily orient themselves by means
of a clear mental map for smooth cityscape legibility and an optimal walkability.
