King Marriout Resort

Located on a peninsula overlooking Marriout lake, right off the Mediterranean sea,
the 450-acre grand resort is characterized by its unique and natural view of the
lake. For this project, Die Stadt innovatively incorporated the surrounding lake
into its design by channeling a river from the lake through the entire resort to create
a strong sense of connectivity.
