The layout is mainly derived by the concept of creating central public plazas that act as commercial districts or maybe just a public plaza for users to enjoy the sunset and ward summer breeze and between these plazas are streets cape designs thought thoroughly to provide a remarkable walk-able street experience for the users.Die Stadt helped highlight and implement the aimed atmosphere by providing the perfect landscape palette to compliment the outstanding layout of the project.
