Verdure

Inspired by the exceptional urban fabric of Seaside, Florida, Verdure was conceived around the principles of New Urbanism, placing connectivity, walkability, and accessible greenery at the heart of the masterplan. Developed by DIE STADT for HAP, Verdure rethinks the conventional compound by creating a network of streets, destinations, and public spaces designed around everyday life. A five minute neighbourhood model brings daily needs, recreation, and social experiences within a comfortable walk from home, supported by public plazas, festival spaces, a district club, a public park, and an electric tram connecting the different districts.

Each cluster has its own identity and atmosphere, from poolside residences and the club district to the distinctive “A-Float” islands, creating a diverse sequence of experiences within one connected community. The masterplan is structured around a series of attraction points that encourage movement, interaction, and discovery while creating a strong sense of place.
