Located in the hills of Pigadakia, 60 Atinon Developments brings together a collection of highly refined residential communities shaped by the character of their surroundings. Our role extends across both landscape architecture and architectural façades, allowing us to develop a cohesive design language across eight individual condominiums.

The landscape is conceived as an extension of the architecture, carefully responding to the terrain while creating a sense of privacy, arrival, and connection between each residence and its setting. Through a considered dialogue between façade, material, planting, and topography, the eight condominiums are designed as a unified collection of contemporary homes, each with its own identity and relationship to the landscape.
