Masyaf Ras El-Hekma

Die Stadt based its innovative design of the master plan on connectivity, leading
from the marina promenade, through the boutique hotel, up to the park, ensuring
an easy walk to optimize accessibility for all its residents. In addition to the design
of the master plan, Die Stadt is designing the architecture of the vibrant southern
village. With a beach front stretched over 1-km, ElMasyaf covers 171 acres of
naturally leveled land along the north coast of Egypt. Reconfiguring the typical
‘Sahel’ strategies, ElMasyaf offers staggered chalets with a view of the sea next to
standalone villas.
