Alexandria has always been defined by its relationship with the water. With Creeks by Elsewhere, we bring that relationship into a new part of the city, introducing a first of its kind residential development to Alexandria’s southern side, just minutes from the city centre and Carrefour. Launched in August 2026, the project reimagines what contemporary living in Alexandria can be, bringing the experience of waterside living closer to everyday life.
The masterplan is structured around a series of interconnected lagoons that weave between residential parcels and rows of homes, making water an integral part of the everyday experience. Homes are oriented towards the lagoons and carefully framed by the landscape, creating a sense of privacy, openness, and connection throughout the development. The result is a refined residential environment that delivers an elevated waterfront experience without leaving the city behind, pairing thoughtful design with exceptional value. Creeks is not simply a new way of living in Alexandria, but a new way of experiencing the city.
